The Human Resources and Organization Unit, in accordance with the policies and directives of the Presidency, works in order to obtain the maximum contribution from employees in order to achieve the Association's objectives.

For this reason, it seeks the consensus of all the components of the Association, fostering the satisfaction of employees, a positive social climate and a style of participatory management, aimed at the professional growth of people, and therefore of the Organizational System.

Sharing the mission of the Association, the resource will have the task of defining and following the entire selection process, intervening in all phases of screening, interview, evaluation, selection and contractual definition of the resources needed for the different projects, activities and areas of the Association.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- U​pdating protocols with Universities
- Analysis of the Association's needs 
- Definition of roles and responsibilities
- Definition of profiles and their publication
- CV screening
- Planning interviews
- Assessment
- Final selection
- Contracts in collaboration with the Labour Consultant


Master's Degree in Humanities in line with the profile;
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment;
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Knowledge of new technologies;
Excellent knowledge of English (B2-C1);
Availability to travel;
It is preferable to have carried out similar activities in non-profit structures, national or international associations;


Modena/Milano (Italy), with availability for frequent travelling in Italy
