PRESENTATION OF TELEFONO AZZURRO

Telefono Azzurro promotes the full respect of children and adolescent’s rights. Telefono Azzurro daily listens to children and adolescents and offers concrete answers to their requests of help, also through the collaboration with institutions, associations and other territorial entities.


ROLE’S AIM

Sharing the mission of the Association, the resource will have to identify areas of development and define and implement training activities. Through these, he/she will promote strategies aimed to prevent, help and operate to contrast abuse and violence against children and adolescents operating both on minors and adults (teachers, parents, operators of the sector).

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Once identified potential calls, he/she will deal with the technical elaboration of a project: formal drafting, planning, and collaboration with the administrative sector for the reporting and bureaucratic aspects. He/she will be the point of contact with the supplier entity and partners, coordinates with the Presidency until the presentation and development of the project and its final approval for the final presentation to the supplier entity.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SOFT SKILLS

  • Proven experience in Euro-project Manager or similar roles with experience in managing complex national and international projects, ideally in non-profit structures, associations or foundations
  • Experience in the drafting of training projects in public and private sectors
  • Methodological approach, organisation and planning disposition, combined with a strong pragmatism
  • Ability to manage and conduct complex meetings within articulated working groups
  • Determination to achieve project’s objectives and results
  • Ability to develop relationships with the financial supplier and flexibility to communicate with all levels/profile involved in the project
